"Been living here a few years now. I have to say this luxurious apartment living really lives up to its standards the pool is always clean, there’s a BBQ area for everyone to use 24 hr gym. "Living at Liberty Lake Apartments the past 6 months has been wonderful. Our clubhouse has a pool, pool table, corn hole boards, and a grill for use in the summer. The staff, especially Ryan, are beyond kind and helpful! They host an event every month or so, which is a really nice way to meet other people in the complex. I've enjoyed my time living here and consider myself lucky to be a part of the community."

"I have lived here for 4 years and love the community, office staff and the maintenance guys. Ryan, in the office, is so awesome to work with. He is always so friendly, personable and greats you right away.
Levi and Steve, the maintenance guys are super friendly, personable and trustworthy. I have never felt uncomfortable about them coming into my appointment while I am not there. They are always clean, friendly to my cats and make sure they dont let them out and lock up.
This is a great place to live and affordable!"

"I have lived here for 4 yrs now and I absolutely love it all of the staff are so friendly and are willing to help you. I had a situation where I wasn't feeling safe in my apartment instead of trying to find a new place they let me move units so I felt safe again and I absolutely love that. Rent prices are super reasonable. Maintenance is super quick to respond to work orders and they also throw great events to bring the whole community together. I would absolutely recommend it. I plan to stay as long as I can there is no other community I know of that is like this one. Thank you for all you guys do especially Ryan!"

"The grounds are very well kept for the most part, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that for what ever reason, it's been an ordeal to get my apartments dishwasher fixed. I've had it looked at several times and it still doesn't drain at the end of the cycle like it should. Everything else is fixed in no time at all. When my AC went went out, a day or two later it was running like new. When I requested a burntout breezeway light to be replaced, it was up and running the very next day. Also they are very good about regular replacement of furnace filters and safety checks for fire alarms.

As for the office staff, they have been more that splendid and accommodating as well. I appreciate that they are willing and able to work with my schedule to submit paperwork and receive packages on my behalf to secure till I get home.
All and all 4.5/5 in my book."

"I have lived at Liberty Lake Apartments for 5 years. I enjoy the complex and all its wonderful amenities. Pool, clubhouse , gym and garden areas. There is also a private dog park . It is located close to the freeway as well as great restaurants and grocery stores. The staff here are very friendly and professional. If I need something fixed it is completed within the next day or if it’s an emergency, right away . The complex is surrounded by beautiful landscape and I feel safe here . It is a short trip to downtown Boise . They host food truck nights , pool opening day with bbq and fresh fruit punch and fun games, and yoga nights with trained instructors The clubhouse is lovely and available to host your special occasion. Starting late June they will have their first live music event .They are all about community and getting to know the people who live here. Family friendly, pet friendly, if you are looking for a wonderful place to live , make Liberty Lake your new home ."

"We have lived here for almost 4 years and we absolutely adore this spot. Pool, gym, community are all top notch. You are also able to make a reservation for the club house which is an absolutely beautiful venue for any event. Ryan who is the King Kahuna is 10/10 the best manager. During the past years there have been a couple different ones, but no one has surpassed all of our expectations like him. He throws amazing events to bring everyone together and does a phenomenal job encouraging families to join. Fair rent prices and located at a convenient spot that is 10-15 away from downtown. Pet friendly. Family friendly. Highly recommended."

"I've lived at Liberty Lake apartments for a year and a half. I love it here. The office staff is super helpful, Ryan is always ready to find answers to questions. And Savanna is supportive of more administrative questions. The maintenance crew is kind, respectful and eager to fix things. It's really nice to have a covered parking space, washer/dryer & dishwasher. I'm also very happy with the AC in my unit. As someone with CPTS, Liberty Lake is accommidating with my service animals!"

"Liberty lake was an amazing apartment, and an even better community. I had absolutely 0 issues while living there. The staff is absolutely amazing, for example jovonna is awesome. Always going above and beyond. The staff always makes sure your comfortable and doing okay! Great place to live."
