- Deposits & Fees: $400 refundable deposit (per unit), $200 non-refundable fee (per unit), $25 monthly pet rent (per unit)

Lease & Rent – Flexible for Your Lifestyle
Whether you’re here for a few months or a few years, we have options:
- Lease terms from month-to-month to 18 months (fees may apply)
- Water, sewer, and trash are a flat fee based on floorplan, added to your monthly statement
- Power metered separately and paid directly to the provider
- Internet optional, with savings available through select providers
- Security deposit: $400 due at move-in (additional deposits may apply with conditional approval)
- Renter’s insurance required (bring your own or bundle with us)

Payments – Simple and Secure
We want paying rent to be the easiest thing you do all month.

- Rent is due on the 1st; $75 late fee after the 3rd

Parking – For Bikes, Cars, and Weekend Gear
- One covered assigned parking space is yours, guaranteed. Visiting guests can use open, uncovered spots or park along Liberty Street and Colehaven Drive — and for the cyclists, covered bike racks mean no soggy seats on Monday mornings.
- Private garages are also available for rent. Ask a team member for details.

- Living at Liberty Lake means the Boise River Greenbelt and parks like Kathryn Albertson and Ann Morrison are just minutes away for biking, jogging, or a quiet picnic.
