Pets – Welcome Without Limits

We believe pets are part of the family — so there are no breed or weight restrictions here. Your hiking buddy, couch snuggler, or paddleboard co-pilot will feel just as at home as you do.


  • Pet Policy: Up to two pets per apartment
  • Deposits & Fees: $400 refundable deposit (per unit), $200 non-refundable fee (per unit), $25 monthly pet rent (per unit)
  • Perks: Pet waste stations stocked with bags throughout the community.
  • Service Animals: Always welcome

Availability & Applications – Moving Made Simple

  • How to Apply:
  • Apply online or in person — most applicants hear back within 48–72 business hours.


  • What You’ll Need to Qualify:
  • Proof of income at 2.5x applied rent
  • Credit and background checks


  • Co-Signers/Guarantors:
  • Yes, accepted. They can apply online or in person.


  • Application Fee:
  • $17.75 per applicant


  • Required Documents:
  • A valid government, school, or employment-issued photo ID for each applicant.

Lease & Rent – Flexible for Your Lifestyle

Whether you’re here for a few months or a few years, we have options:


  • Lease terms from month-to-month to 18 months (fees may apply)
  • Water, sewer, and trash are a flat fee based on floorplan, added to your monthly statement
  • Power metered separately and paid directly to the provider
  • Internet optional, with savings available through select providers
  • Security deposit: $400 due at move-in (additional deposits may apply with conditional approval)
  • Renter’s insurance required (bring your own or bundle with us)

Move-In – The Start of Your Liberty Lake Story

  • Your move-in date depends on the floor plan and current availability — our team will work with you to find the best timing.

Payments – Simple and Secure

We want paying rent to be the easiest thing you do all month.


  • Pay online, in person, or set up auto-pay via our Guest Portal
  • Rent is due on the 1st; $75 late fee after the 3rd
  • E-check, personal check, money order, cashier’s check, and major credit cards. *merchant and processing fees apply

Parking – For Bikes, Cars, and Weekend Gear

  • One covered assigned parking space is yours, guaranteed. Visiting guests can use open, uncovered spots or park along Liberty Street and Colehaven Drive — and for the cyclists, covered bike racks mean no soggy seats on Monday mornings.
  • Private garages are also available for rent. Ask a team member for details.

Location – Trails, Dining, and Downtown Close By

  • Living at Liberty Lake means the Boise River Greenbelt and parks like Kathryn Albertson and Ann Morrison are just minutes away for biking, jogging, or a quiet picnic.
  • For dining and coffee, local favorites such as Flying Pie Pizza, Sunrise Café, and plenty of options along Fairview Avenue are right around the corner. Shopping at The Orchards at Fairview and other nearby plazas keeps errands simple, while Fly High Trampoline Park and Winstead Park offer fun just down the street.
  • Downtown Boise’s restaurants, breweries, and cultural stops — from Freak Alley to the Boise Art Museum — are a quick 10-minute drive, and public transit via Valley Regional Transit Route 17 is within walking distance.
